It takes a lot of thinking, discussion, consultation, research, testing, planning and training to achieve the scale of reform and modernisation outlined in the preface of . It also takes many different ideas, perspectives, experience and passion – and that’s why we are working in a stream model.
There are six streams of work, each led by members of the Secretaries APS Reform Committee. The Chair of the independent review is also a member.
The Committee provides strategic oversight for the many projects and initiatives that form the roadmap for reform.
