APS Policy Capability Project - lifting policy skills in the APS

The APS Policy Capability Project aims to help people build the policy skills they will need in a changing work environment. The cross-agency project is an initiative of the APS Reform Committee of Secretaries Board and plans to address required skill gaps and update the policy tools APS staff need.

The project takes a collaborative approach to increase capability across the APS.

As APS staff need to take care of their own career learning, the project looks at the practical ways people can take part in co-designing policy work with a long term approach that can lift policy skills.
